Q: What if i can’t find THE size / frame colour that i am looking for?

Q: can i order from overseas?

A: Yes you can! All international orders are custom handled as we need to calculate individual shipping costs. If the item you are ordering is large in size, we will ship the item unframed / print only as this is the safest and most cost effective way. You can then personally have the image framed / mounted after delivery. Use the Contact Form to let us know what you would like to order and we will get back to you with suitable options.

Q: How long WILL it take to have my artwork delivered?

A: All products are made to order. Our suppliers normally have a 1-2 week turnaround for production / packaging prior to dispatch during non-peak periods. Delivery time once dispatched will vary depending on location and delivery service.

Q: what are your payment options?

A: We accept all credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and ZIP money. Choose your option at checkout.

Q: do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: Please select your Artwork carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. This is because the bulkiness and weight of the items make it impractical to do so. However, if there are any issues with the finish of the framing or if your purchase has been damaged in transit, we will of course resolve this for you. Send us a detailed description about the issue with photographs within 14 days using the Contact Form, and we will get back to you with solutions.
